1. What is Cothique's shipping policy?
At Cothique, we offer Free Shipping on all orders within Australia. We process orders within 1-2 business days and ship them within 6-10 business days, with a total delivery time of 7-12 business days. We currently only ship within Australia, and shipping is completely free.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the system.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods for all orders:

- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
- JCB
- Diners Club
- Apple Pay
All payments are processed securely, and we accept payments in Australian Dollars (AUD).
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed and processed, it is typically prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at support@cothique.com or call us at +61485906541. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order is processed and shipped.
5. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Cothique only ships to Australia. We are not able to ship internationally. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!
6. How long do I have to return an item?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. If you need to return an item, it must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition with all tags attached.
7. How do I return an item?
To return an item, please contact us at support@cothique.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that if the return is due to an incorrect order placed by you, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
8. Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
9. How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. We will issue a refund to your original payment method once the return is approved. Refunds may take a few additional business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
10. Are there any restocking fees?
There are no restocking fees for returns. However, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs if they made a wrong order.
11. What should I do if my order is missing or damaged?
If your order is damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@cothique.com. Provide your order number and details of the issue, and we will assist you in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.
