At Cothique, we strive to provide high-quality clothing that you'll love. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below to understand the process and your rights.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on all items purchased from Cothique under the following conditions:
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s).
- Condition of Items: All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or have removed tags will not be eligible for return.
Note: We recommend trying your items on before removing tags or altering them in any way to ensure a return is possible.
2. How to Return Your Item(s)
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Please email our customer support team at support@cothique.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Instructions: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return your item(s).
3. Return Shipping

Return Shipping Costs: If you made a wrong order or changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please ensure that your return package is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Cothique is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refunds
- Refund Eligibility: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund Processing Time: The refund will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive your returned item(s). Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Sale Items
Sale items and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@cothique.com with details and pictures of the issue. We will gladly provide you with a replacement or refund for the damaged/defective item at no additional cost to you.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, underwear, swimwear, or any item that has been worn or washed cannot be returned or refunded, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
9. Late Returns
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. If you exceed this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
10. Shipping Information
- Shipping to Australia Only: We currently only ship to Australia.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
- Order Processing & Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery will take 6-10 business days. The total delivery time will range between 7-12 business days, depending on your location.
