  • Shipping Location: We only ship to Australia. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
  • Shipping Method: We offer Free Shipping on all orders within Australia.
  • Order Processing Time: We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday - Friday, from 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM (AEST). Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Shipping Transit Time

Once your order has been processed, it will take approximately 6-10 business days for delivery. The total delivery time from the time you place your order to receiving it is generally between 7-12 business days, depending on your location within Australia.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Our order cut-off time is 06:00 PM (AEST). Any orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within Australia. No minimum order value is required to qualify for free shipping.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, please note that shipping times may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to weather, public holidays, or delays by the carrier. In the event of any significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Cothique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue. You can also reach out to us for further assistance, and we will do our best to help.

8. Multiple Shipments

In some cases, if you have ordered multiple items and they are not available for shipment at the same time, we may ship your items separately. We will notify you if this happens, and shipping costs will not change as we offer free shipping.

9. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses. Shipping is available to physical addresses within Australia only.
